Wednesday's 9:15-9:45am THIS IS AN LIVE ONLINE & CATCH UP CLASS

No equipment needed for this class however please bring a mat for floor work.
If you have dumbells or kettlebells you may wish to bring these to increase the workout intensity.

An exciting 30 minute workout catering to all fitness levels. Burn fat, build strength & improve your health with this 30 minute workout.
Hiit training is suitable for all ages from 16-70+. Your instructor will talk you through a tange of Low & High impact options.

Scientific research shows many health benfits from this style of training: Hiit continues to burn calories for hours after the workout. Hiit causes our bodies to produce a hormone encouraging muscle growth and tone. Hiit improves our cardiorespiratory system and bone density. It has also been shown to lower blood sugar, improve insulin resistance, lower cholesterol, and improve our heart’s pumping efficiency.
