Charity Reps Challenge
3100 reps in March for charity
£15 and £10 from every place sold will be donated to charity.

Tick off the reps as the days go by, to complete a total of 3100 reps of core exercises by 31st of March. It works out at 100 reps a day.
To help you get motivated, feel strong, powerful and even make day to day activities easier to do.
Each day through March, challengers will have access to core strength exercise videos to complete over the month.
Core exercises train the muscles around your trunk and pelvis, these exercises are often neglected resulting a weak core.
Challengers will work together as a community to rack up the reps together. If you miss a day don't panic- you can catch up over the whole month- or you can donate your reps to your family members or fellow challengers to get them done for you- so everyone can join in on improving their core strength.
WHY CORE STRENGTH EXERCISES?
A strong core is the foundation of functional fitness.
Having good core strength can help prevent injuries and help you to perform daily movements and exercise with confidence, strength and ease.
