Due to COVID-19 our classes & Personal Training sessions are online. You can access prerecorded workouts, technique videos as well as live stream workouts from our members area. There is also a host of resources to help keep you motivated and a forum where you can connect with other Zesties.

Body Sculpt

Body sculpt is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, focused on total body strength. You will be guided through a series of exercises, using your own body weight, resistance bands and weights, to sculpt and tone, your whole body.

Body Sculpt will include mat work.You will be given options so the class is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.

You will need weights, resistance loops and a mat for this class

This is class is not suitable for pregnant women.

Take your fitness to the next level with Body Blast, a 45 min journey to fitness & strength! Sweat, sculpt, and tone your entire body body weight exercises that will torch your muscles This full-body workout targets your core, arms, booty, and legs.

COMBAT

Release your inner Rocky or Ali with the boxing inspired workout.

We blend Cardio and Strength training in this 30 minute blood pumping workout.

A combination of shadow boxing, skipping, strength training, core work and more to help improve your fitness & strength.

Kettlercise®

Kettlercise® brings kettlebell training screaming into the 21st century – ‘one piece of equipment, one goal’. This program delivers a lean, toned body …………fat burning just got real simple.

The Kettlercise® program follows the B.S.M. System, raising the metabolic rate skywards, ‘gaining a more bang for your buck’ complete all over body workout to music.

PiYo 

PiYo is ON DEMAND ONLY (currently no live classes) a Low impact body weight training, class to inspiring, motivational, music.Sweat, Stretch, and Strengthen- all in one workout.

This unique total-body conditioning workout inspired by the muscle sculpting core-firming benefits of Pilates and the strength and flexibility training of flowing yoga movements.

This class is suitable for beginners through to advanced levels, you will be encouraged to work to your level.

This class is not currently suitable for pregnant women.

*You will need some weights (Cans/Bottles from the cupboard or a bag with some heavy things in is great if you don't have Dumbbells or Kettlebells) & a mat. A 30 minute blast of Strength & HIIT.
