Body Sculpt

Body sculpt is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, focused on total body strength. You will be guided through a series of exercises, using your own body weight, resistance bands and weights, to sculpt and tone, your whole body.

Body Sculpt will include mat work. You will be given options so the class is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.

You will need weights, resistance loops and a mat for this class
