A Fun, energetic workout that changes fom week to week to keep thigs fresh and exciting!

Expect a variety of serobis and cardio based classes including old school aerobics, dance fitness/Clubbercise, Boxing inspired workouts, cardio conditionng & more.

Each session is designed to get your heart pumping, improve fitness and leaave you feeling energised, while ensuring no two weeks are the same. Suitable for all levels, with options provided to encourage you to work at your own pace.

Come along ready to move, sweat and enjoy something different each Tuesday!

By joining this class you do so at your own risk and are confirming you are fit and well.
This class is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or who has been in the last 6 weeks. (If you have had your baby in the last 3 months please contact me direct before booking)
