Club Combat combines the feel of the club with a Boxing class. A darkened room, disco lights, combat moves, Pads & glove work, strength and cardio workout combined. Release your inner Rocky, move to the latest club tunes, lets get sweaty, punchy and pumped all in one 45 minute workout.

 

Please bring a mat for any floor work and if you have your own boxing gloves and pads, Hand Weights please bring those. There will be some communal ones available to borrow if you do not own your own.
