Weights - Mat, Kettlebell or Dumbbell & Resistance Loops (mini bands)
Body sculpt is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, focused on total body strength. You will be guided through a series of exercises, using your own body weight, resistance bands and weights, to sculpt and tone, your whole body. Body Sculpt will include mat work.
You will be given options so the class is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
This is class is not suitable for pregnant women.
By joining this class you do so at your own risk and are confirming you are fit and well.
This class is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or who has been in the last 6 weeks. (If you have had your baby in the last 3 months please contact me direct before booking)
