You will need some weights (Cans/Bottles from the cupboard or a bag with some heavy things in is great if you don't have Dumbbells or Kettlebells) & a mat.
A 30 minute blast of Strength & HIIT. Start your morning the right way with Strength Hiit
A mixture of body weight and weighted exercises to get your muscles pumping and that body sweating.
Burn fat, tone muscles & get your heart rate up.
You will be given options so the class is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
This is class is not suitable for pregnant women.
By joining this class you do so at your own risk and are confirming you are fit and well.
