This 45‑minute session blends:  Aerobics to get your heart pumping and boost holiday cheer, Circuit training for variety and challenge in every round,  Weights to keep you strong into the new year,  Functional movement to keep you feeling mobile, strong, and ready for all the festivities. 

Expect upbeat music, a lively atmosphere, and a workout designed to leave you smiling while torching calories. Whether you’re looking to balance out the mince pies or simply stay active during the holidays, this class is the perfect mix of fun, fitness, and festive vibes.

 

Please note the studio is an indoor shoe zone only, please ensure you bring clean indoor shoes.

 

Parking- please park along the fence line opposite th studio, if there are no available spaces, please park on the grass verge along the drive behind the cone furthest away from Mowers and more entrance- please do not park outside Mowers and More.
