Combining Combat with Kettlebells in this cardio strength fusion class.

We will work solo, so no partner needed, all combat moves will be shadow boxing. You will need a single kettlebell and a mat for this class.

We blend Cardio and Strength training in this 45 minute blood pumping workout.

A combination of shadow boxing, skipping, kettlebells, mat work, body weigh exercises, srength training, core work and more to help improve your fitness & strength.

Please bring your own Kettlebell and Mat. If you need to borrow kit pleae let me know atelast 24 hours in advance. You do not have to have a partner.
