Unwind for an evening designed to refill your cup and ease you into the weekend.
The night begins with a gentle yoga stretch led by Penny, to release tension and settle your mind.
Once you're feeling relaxed we will wander next door to the art studio where you'll be guided through a creative painting experience.
Enjoy a glass of bubbles (soft drinks available too), soak up the cossy atmosphere and let your creativity flow.
A perfect blend of movement, mindfulness and maing something beautiful to take home.
