Pure Stretch is the perfect way to wind down your day. We focus on mobilising your joints, releasing tension in the body and improving flexibility. We work on strengthening and lengthening your muscles, allowing your body to move freely.
This fun, easy to follow class and is designed for all levels beginner to advanced, with the added bonus of core work. We will finish the session with a beautiful relaxation so you can connect, feel calm and relax into your evening.
You will need a mat and you may also want to a blanket and cushion for the relaxation, ball, strap & yoga blocks if you wish
