Mat & Kettlebell (No heavier than a 12kg bell - most people start with a 4 or 6kg bell)

It’s a stimulating, invigorating, safe and easy-to-follow, kettlebell inspired, calorie blitzing, fat blasting program and people everywhere are loving the lightening quick RESULTS!
You will be given options so the class is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
This is class is not suitable for pregnant women.
By joining this class you do so at your own risk and are confirming you are fit and well.
This class is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or who has been in the last 6 weeks. (If you have had your baby in the last 3 months please contact me direct before booking)
By attending a live face to face class participants confirm that:
they or someone they live with, DO NOT have symptoms of COVID-19 currently recognised as any of the following: • A high temperature • A new, continuous cough • A loss of, or change to, their sense of smell or taste. An individual who displays any such symptoms must follow NHS and PHE guidance on self isolation.

Outdoor class considerations:
- If you are a hayfever/allergy sufferer please ensure you have taken your medication (vaseline around the nostrils can also help as a barrier to pollen)
-There will be no access to facilities please consider using the loo before leaving home
- A mat, suitable to lay on the ground for any mat work
- Suitable footwear for outdoor training
- Extra layers for the cooler days
