You do not need any equipment for this class, however a mat/towel or carpet may be useful for some of the floor work.
Your equipment-free, body-weight Legs, Bums & Tums class. This non aerobic class focuses on strength and toning for the Legs, Butts & Abs.
By joining this class you do so at your own risk and are confirming you are fit and well.
This class is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or who has been in the last 6 weeks. (If you have had your baby in the last 3 months please contact me direct before booking)
