PiYo LIVE is a Low impact body weight training, class to inspiring, motivational, music.

Sweat, Stretch, and Strengthen- all in one workout. This unique total-body conditioning workout inspired by the muscle sculpting core-firming benefits of Pilates and the strength and flexibility training of flowing yoga movements.

This class is suitable for beginners through to advanced levels, you will be encouraged to work to your level.
This class is not currently suitable for pregnant women.

What do I need? A towel, water, a Yoga mat, bare feet are encouraged, comfortable exercise clothing.

All levels welcome. 16+ Years.
